MARSHALL –The Marshall Police Department, assisted by members of the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, the Brown/Lyon/Redwood/Renville Drug and Human Trafficking Task Force, and the East Metro Human Trafficking Task Force, arrested three men in Marshall Tuesday for solicitation of a minor under the age of 16 for prostitution, Marshall Police said.

A 29-year-old Sioux Falls, S.D. man, a 55-year-old Hadley man, and a 46-year-old Marshall man were arrested, Marshall Police said. The men were arrested as part of an undercover investigation into the online solicitation of sex from a female they believed to be 15 years old, Marshall Police said. Arrests were made without incident

All three men are currently in custody at the Lyon County Jail pending the filing of formal charges by the Lyon County Attorney’s Office.
