Talk about bad form. Sarah Ferguson, the former Duchess of Something, was caught on tape bargaining over access to her former husband, Andrew the Lesser.

She was in New York Wednesday promoting her children’s books which are no doubt chock full of platitudes which teach kids right from wrong.

According to reports, Fergie is a spendthrift who could use a few extra pence in her pocket.

One of the people standing in line for Fergie’s autograph said, ‘‘She’s human,’’ said Jennifer Paley, a second-grade teacher from Schenectady, N.Y. ‘‘It’s probably hard to figure out who you can trust and who you can’t.’’

Yeah, lady from Schenectady, If you can’t trust influence peddlers, who can you trust?
