Lookin' like a fool

I saw a horrendous sight while standing in line Friday afternoon at the Wells Fargo bank. Two young women were doing business with a teller. They looked like college students. Both were wearing University of Minnesota Gophers apparel.

One of the girls’ sweatpants’ waistline was more of a buttline. Her entire Kim Kardashian was exposed. I feel traumatized by the sight. And confused. And alarmed. You couldn’t see her underwear, but she wore some kind of Spandex garment.

If she would have walked by me, I would have asked her what’s the deal. But my turn with a teller came up before I could inquire whether it was a trend for women now to wear their “pants on the ground” like male hip-hoppers or if it was just a personal statement.

I try not to be judgemental, but I do draw the line here — the waistline.
