Southern California experienced a 4.4 earthquake this morning. According to news reports quakes under 5.5 usually don’t cause casualties or damage. So it’s more of a fun thing.
I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for seven years so I felt a few quakes from time to time. One while I was in the shower. The shower door opened — how rude!
A couple times I was at work. You are supposed to duck under your desk, but I never did. We just paused momentarily — you kind of check to see how big it’s going to be — and then went on about our business.
