A couple weeks ago I thought I saw a whole Halloween candy aisle at Hy-Vee, but I must be mistaken. Isn’t All Hallow’s Eve the end of October? I wonder what the marketing strategy is. People buy bags of candy all year long. There must be an added psychology to label it Halloween candy. Ooh! Halloween candy! And it's the same miniature Snickers bars.
