Craft show hop

November 18, 2009 - Cindy Votruba
As I was putting some of these pages together this week, I noticed there’s quite a bit of holiday craft shows, bazaars and the like this Saturday. In fact, you could probably do a “craft show” hop and get some of your Christmas shopping out of the way.

First off, there’s the Two Mommies Craft show at Marshall Middle School. Then you can head on down to the Armory for the Holidazzle fund-raiser for military families. Next stop can be the student center at Southwest Minnesota State University, where the International Student Organization is having an art and craft fair and flea market. Then you can go to Russell’s community center for the annual holiday bazaar and continue onto the elementary school in Hendricks for a craft show.

Prairie’s Edge Casino is also having a Taste and See Extravaganza craft show Saturday with a good number of vendors. And while you’re there, you can try a little lady luck and win big! Or at least break even.
