TRACY — An assist incident was reported at 2:40 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of 3rd Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available. MARSHALL — A large white and grey cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 4:27 p.m. Monday on the 1400 block of Cumberland Road, Marshall Police said. MARSHALL — A fraud incident reported at 4:10 p.m. Monday on West Patricia Court is under investigation, Marshall Police said. TRACY — An animal complaint incident was reported at 12:05 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of 5th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
