MARSHALL — A complaint about fireworks was reported at 8:14 p.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.
LYON COUNTY — Road signs were hit with paint balls in a vandalism incident reported at 8:07 p.m. Tuesday on 220th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
MARSHALL — A reciprocal incident reported at 4:33 p.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A juvenile traffic incident was reported at 3:06 p.m. Tuesday on Skunk Hollow Road, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A license plate was reported as lost at 2:13 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A trailer house was damaged in a damage to property incident reported at 2:03 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of Ash Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A stolen statue was found and returned to the owner in a theft reported at 11:52 a.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of South Whitney Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Eliezer Alfredo Enriquez, 20, of Marshall appeared in Lyon County District Court Monday on charges of sex offender-failure to notify of change of address, theft of a motor vehicle, refusal to test and fourth degree driving while impaired.

MARSHALL — Joseph Douglas Wierson, 22, of Marshall pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court May 6 to a charge of third degree driving while impaired. Wierson drove with an alcohol concentration of .22 on March 22 in Marshall, court records said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 20, was arrested on fourth degree DWI and third degree refusal to test at 5:56 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of North High Street, Marshall Police said. The man was brought to the Lyon County Law Enforcement Center.
