Members present: Fenske, Ritter, Goodenow, Nelson, Stensrud, County Administrator Stomberg, Auditor/Treasurer Van Overbeke and Attorney Maes Stomberg - One addition, Jason Splett with Contegrity Group has an update and we can put him in before resolutions and contracts. Stensrud moved, seconded by Ritter to approve the agenda as amended. All voted in favor.
