August 22, 2008 The Board of Education of Independent School District #413 met for their regular meeting on Monday, August 18, 2008, in the Professional Development Room of Marshall Middle School. Chairman Chapman called the meeting to order at 5:34 p.m. and the roll call showed all members present. Also present were Superintendent Willert, Director of Business Services Lamprecht, Director of CILS Schultz, and Principals Miller Critchley, Thomas and Grinager. Others present included: Bonnie Wasberg, Deb Gau, Tom Guttormsson and La Oeltjenbruns.
