When the aquifers are depleted, what do we do then??? Corn is the biggest scourge on the land and water supply.

I would agree with cranky. And what about tiling? Ethanonol plants will dry out the surrounding areas and farmers just keep on tiling. They are interested in only one thing....

No mention of Ethanol sucking the ground dry in the upper midwest?

Ethanol is a big part of the problem but you'd never know it by reading this article.
