Taxes just went up on 99% of the residents of Minnesota. That's a major difference then what the DFL promised.

Raise the taxes and give the politicians a raise. What more can you expect from the DFL?

So taxes just went up on 99% of Minnesotans? How is that SMSUguy? Obviously you're not an English major.

"The Senate's passage of the bill is no guarantee the tax changes will become law." "The next step is a House-Senate conference committee where lawmakers from both chamber will negotiate a final proposal."

How refreshing it is to have politicians in the same party debating issues. IMO, a much better piece of legislation will come out of the negotiations than when Republicans blindly vote in lock-step with their ideological overlords like Grover Norquist.

More taxes, more spending, more special interests - the DFL at work.

Just plain stupidity.

hartman, I know you don't buy clothes so this may not impact you as part of the 1%.

I've noticed hartman, that you pay more attention to the comments of others than you do on the democrats being democrats and tax-and-spending other people's money . Perhaps the two are related

westline, not only did I give attention to democrats being democrats, I also gave attention to republicans being republicans. Don't you have some flowering plant analogies you could provide to help us understand tax issues?
