Right! Let's do a "trial run" when it's warm enough for people to walk to the library and school is out and nobody wants or needs to go there. You won't get accurate numbers no matter what. Why didn't this get taken care of when the library opened 1-1/2 years ago? By now those who want to go there have figured out other ways to get there and for those who used to walk to the old location, but can't get there now just don't go. What a shame that those involved in getting this taken care of are just now trying to figure out a stop there. Nobody tried to figure things out for the new clinic stop until the day it actually opened. Procrastination? What happened to all the people who were supporting this? I am, but it appears those that really should be aren't. Why is that? Not supporting it is hurting Marshall.

Karin, Thanks for another great article. Ms. Pflaum, Thanks for clarifying to others the logistics on the potentially full-time stop at the library. To the Marshall Community, Let's show Western Community Transit how important a stop at the library would be, because our library is important to us by riding the bus to the library during this trial period. Tell your friends and neighbors, because they might not get a newspaper, online or off, so they know about this as well. The more the community is involved the more it will show how important these things are to us. Thanks, Christine Bean
