Dear Council; I - and many others - have alot of systems work to program for this tax. Voters voted you in to do a job & voters voted for this tax. 30 days notice is not alot for a business systems to move forward with wide ranging tax & pricing implications. Please get this done and clarified with enough time so I can uphold my obligation to collect & pay taxes on my business...

If they were smart they would drop it, which obviously means they won't. Dropping the tax would solve a lot of future headaches for them. When they build it and then reality strikes that the complex is not self sufficient - who's going to pay? Oh I guess we'll have to keep the tax in place - for years and years...
