Looks like Hillary was also having some problems with sexual deviency in the State Department - she picked a good time to "resign".

Hartperson has not accepted the fact that he was put on earth to allow clear-headed conservatives a modicum of comic relief.

WW07: "And, liberal, had Obama not fiddled around with Northern Africa and the ill-fated Arab Spring, none of it would have happened in the first place. Then, having destabilized the entire region, the administration and State chose to endanger American personnel by providing inadequate security in the face of known danger." Obama was responsible for the Arab Spring?

Liberalism gave us Minnesota, Minneapolis/St.Paul, and more fortune 500 companies per capita than any Red State, Liberalism seems to work pretty good here dude.

Hartperson has a pretty good gig going. I originally was led to believe that the Cyber Warriors for Obama were paid by the hour. Then he let slip the bit about the character counter. Ten cents per character. That's a bit of alright, innit? He can blather on all day for that kind of money. *** And the reason it always comes back to race is due to that being the only thing they know about Obama. Much like the rest of us, really. Except for them it is enough. *** Inside every Prog is a totalitarian screaming to get out.

"This administration was put together by lie after lie and it ius coming home to roost."

"Hillary can't account for any of her actions or inactions for the two days surrounding the Benghazi attack..."

"or simply incompetent in general terms if he (Obama) really left the situation room in the White House in order to attend to other things while America was under attack."

Wow, Clark's letter has the conspiracy theorists frothing at the mouth. The comments are getting goofier by the day. Imagine how wacky it will get when Hillary wins in 2016. I can hardly wait.

WW07 - BINGO!!!!!!!

It is the disastrous foreign policy of the Obama admin that is the root cause. Limp-brained Romney should have pounded on this during the 2nd and 3rd debates if he wanted to win, but he didn't. It leaves me to believe that he didn't have what it would take to get us out of this mess either. So I guess we will just have to let Obama stew in his own disaster and hope the country survives intact and we can get a conservative in the White House to fix it before it's too late for individual liberty and the country to survive.

Well done WW07. You're astute as heck. !

"It's a complicated world, with tons of shades of gray, which is where most of life is lived." - merioncooper

You're a fraud. You listed a littany of things you think Bush did wrong because you wanted to redirect that topic away from Obam and NOW you have the audacity to claim the middle ground OR some sort of fairness or openness of thought. I get it now. You're wiser and smarter therefore you can lecture me and others because the leftist teachings you've assimilated have made you a better person. Good luck with your "enlightenment." I guess I'll just have to stick with my own lying eyes and ears as I take in the world around me. Why would I trust what I see and hear when I can defer the thinking to someone else anyway?

But the Bush misdeeds have nothing to do with these recent ones by the Obama administration. I will say it very clearly: I am not blaming Bush for what has happened lately.

We have had back to back administrations that have proven to be great disappointments in terms of how they handle the truth, human rights (drone killing is just as bad as smart-bombing Baghdad civilians), and their overall ineptness at governing.

Liberal and others like him: Try to see the world in more than just black and white terms, or Democrat/Republican or whatever: It's a complicated world, with tons of shades of gray, which is where most of life is lived. Partisan finger-pointing by either party is not going to fix the wrongs of the Bush or Obama administrations, nor will it make us a better country. Smart, reasonable people will do that. Try to be one.

liberal: try to slow your hyperventilating enough to re-read my posts. I do NOT blame Bush for the latest group of scandals. I am not happy with the Obama administration's handling of the IRS or invasion of journalists' rights. I wrote "fire Holder." How in the world is that blaming Bush?

I did say that I still think the actions of the Bush administration are worse, overall, than the behavior of the Obama administration. The Bushies told so many lies, concealed so much information about a huge range of aspects on the war -- not to mention violated the Geneva Convention and probably the Constitution.

Glad to see Marshall Independent allowing a letter to the editor to be critical of the puppet Obama and his minions. Bout time. The 3 scandals mentioned in the Clark's letter are just the tip of the iceberg of lies by the current government. Do some more digging on the Benghazi thing and you will find out that Obama and Clinton were involved in the sale of Stinger missiles to AL QAEDA. AL QAEDA! AL QAEDA!! Wake up people!!! OUR GOVERNMENT IS ARMING AND SUPPORTING AL QAEDA. They backed them in Libya, they are backing them in Syria and they back them ON 9-11!! I know it's a hard pill to swallow but that is the truth. Our government funds and arms terrorists. Accept it so we can do something about it. I want nothing less than a violent revolution and the criminal traitors heads on sticks!!! This would have already happened if we were the country we think we are.

The absolute WORST part of this entire Benghazi cover-up is that Obama continued the ruse about the attack being caused by an unseen video all the way to his U.N. speech 2 weeks later, all the while inciting more violence and death at other embassies. AND Hillary kept up the ruse to the families of the slain by telling them they would get the video-maker because he caused their deaths.

Unfreekin' believable!! You can't make this stuff up!

This administration thinks so little of us that they assumed they could get away with bald-faced lies to the American people.

The writer is correct, they're evil.

WW07, we also know that Defense Secretary Leon Panetta testified that he gave Obama an update on the attack around 530pm eastern and he said that Obama never checked back with him the rest of the night.

Maybe Obama never gave the stand-down orders and had nothing to do the botched handling of the attack. But he was clearly in dereliction of his duty AND incompetent as Commander in Chief or simply incompetent in general terms if he really left the situation room in the White House in order to attend to other things while America was under attack. Either way he needs to go as a matter of politcal hygeine.

hartman, try staying on topic. Did you read the article that this comment thread follows? Do you understand the term "deflect"? You're one of the biggest offenders of the word and it describes you (and the Left) perfectly. You're always deflecting or trying to shoot the messenger when facts start to get in the way of your ideology and hero-worship. Just because you won't be able to defend Obama once we finally impeach him after all the facts are out on these scandals doesn't mean you can get away with straw-manning it along the way. We're not going to let you get away with it.

dammit, I miss gabby. I wish he would come back here. He's better at this than I could ever hope to be.

What we do know is that a phone call between Clinton and Obama occurred at 10PM Eastern time. This was after the deaths of Smith and Stevens. After that call, the Dept. of State released a statement condemning the youtube video. Additionally, links to the video started being posted on social sites around the same time, trying to bump up the number of "views" the video received. Subsequent to those events the former SEALS, Wood and Doherty, deprived of reinforcements, were slaughtered. The phone call was for the purpose of establishing a cover story.

Surprisingly, Hillary can't account for any of her actions or inactions for the two days surrounding the Benghazi attack, so this is who you liberals want defending our country? If the phone rings at 3 AM she won't be there. Then again, neither was Obama. How about some more pictures of the two of them watching the bin Laden raid?

You should get help for your reading problem liberal. Merion didn't blame Bush, she was responding with factual evidence which dispute westlines false claims. Go ahead and dispute anything Merion stated in her comments, westline sure can't.

Now, if we can only find a way to get G.W. Bush out of office we can clean up the mess in D.C. Oh wait..

Booooosssshhhh did it!!!!!

What a weak defense it becomes when deflection is your only option.

... and it took Bush three days to make even a short flight over New Orleans, after the worst natural disaster in U.S. history. and Condi went to a ritzy party in NY during all this! Bush and Cheney and Rumsfeld botched so many things in their eight years, and yet slid glibly and more rich than ever, off the stage in 2008 -- a lot of deaths, a lot of misery, and these guys cackled all the way to the bank. Obama has not been great. Bush was God-awful, and history will bury him at the bottom of the presidential heap. Maybe James Buchanan, but Bush's direct lies, even about military deaths (Pat Tillman -- shot by his own troops, but that was covered up, too, for a long time). Gitmo, Abu Ghraib, make Bush a sinister incompetent, while Buchanan was merely incompetent. Clark and buddies: your personal hatred of Obama is leaving you with awfully short memories and a failure to see the truth. Obama ain't great, but he's also not Bush, and thank God for that.
