I am more excited about the surplus than reading about groups lining up to get a slice of the pie. Has anybody been feeling really pinched the last year or so? I haven't heard anyone complaining, so I think Governor Dayton has done alright. There are some areas that could be cut still, but overall I think he's done a great job.
