Mr. Hulsizer has some points. Schools need to address the bulliers, not the bullied. As I recall, the bullied kids went to the guidance counselor to discuss their issues and that only furthered their reputation as different. The problem is schools are afraid of bullies. If the bully is a good athlete, you can figure their parents are bullish too. Some can bully by just being loudspoken too, band parents.
