ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — A St. Paul father is facing criminal charges after his 2-year-old son was found to be high on methamphetamine.
A criminal complaint filed in Ramsey County District Court Tuesday charges 22-year-old Joseph Ray with child endangerment. The complaint says police were called to Children's Hospital Friday after the boy tested positive for meth. Doctors said the toddler was also severely dehydrated.
The St. Paul Pioneer Press (http://bit.ly/1qvBNyP ) reports the complaint says Ray eventually admitted to investigators that he had taken the boy to a house where someone was smoking meth. Ray is being held in the Ramsey County Jail. Court records do not list a defense attorney.
