Samantha Louwagie, 4, caught her first fish on Labor Day — a 3-inch blue gill reeled in from the dock of the family's lake shack on Clearlake near Annandale. She is the daughter of Kris and Jeff Louwagie of Minnetonka and granddaughter of Alice Louwagie, and David and Gayle Cady of Marshall.
