Antony receives academic honors from St. Olaf
Lucas Antony from Marshall is among more than 1,000 St. Olaf College students who will be recognized for academic achievement at the college's annual Honors Day convocation May 7.
Honors Day recognizes students who have a cumulative grade point average of 3.60 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
Antony is the son of Allan and Jeanine Antony and is majoring in mathematics and chemistry.
Baun inducted into Phi Beta Kappa honor society
Lindsay Baun was part of an inaugural group of 81 students from the College of St. Benedict, St. Joseph, and Saint John's University, Collegeville, accepted into the Theta of Minnesota Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa at CSB at SJU.
The students were formally initiated at a ceremony April 27 at Alumnae Hall, Haehn Campus Center, CSB.
Baun is the daughter of Dan and Linda Baun of Marshall. Baun is a senior mathematics major at CSB.

Doom accepted at UM
John Doom, the son of Steve and Debra Doom of Marshall and a 2008 Marshall High School graduate, has been accepted into the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota for the fall 2010-2011 semester.
De Graaf graduates from Dordt College
Kristina De Graaf was among 287 Dordt College students awarded diplomas at the 2010 commencement ceremony May 7 in the B.J. Haan Auditorium.
De Graaf, daughter of Rodney and Karen De Graaf of Marshall, graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in business administration, with an emphasis in information systems, finance and accounting.
Schreiner graduates from USD May 8
Christina Marie Schreiner received a bachelor of arts in English, magna cum laude, with minors in Spanish and music May 8 from the University of South Dakota, Vermillion, S.D.
SDSU spring commencement graduates 1,406
South Dakota State University's spring commencement was May 8 in Frost Arena on campus. Morning ceremonies were took place for undergraduate students with a separate afternoon ceremony for graduate students.
