Buysse, Kallsen
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. Lisa Buysse and Noah Kallsen announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Dan and Deb Buysse of Tracy and Pam Kallsen of Hawarden, Iowa. Buysse is a 2002 graduate of Tracy Area High School and a 2006 graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University. She received her master's in business administration from Colorado Technical University in 2008. She works at Colorado Technical University in Sioux Falls. Kallsen is a 2002 graduate of West Sioux High School in Hawarden, Iowa. He attended South Dakota State University and Southeast Technical Institute. He is employed by Novak. The couple plans an Aug. 21, 2010, wedding at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Tracy.
