SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Erin Hoffman and Tyler Grong announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Curt and Lisa Hoffman of Canby and Steve and Joyce Grong of Lake Cochrane, S.D. Hoffman is a graduate of Avera McKennan School of Radiologic Technology in Sioux Falls. She is employed as a radiologic technologist at Urology Specialists in Sioux Falls. She also is pursuing a healthcare management degree from Bellevue University, Bellevue, Neb., and plans to graduate in 2011. Grong is a graduate of Ridgewater College in Willmar. He is employed at Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls as an electrician. A Feb. 18, 2011, wedding is planned in Jamaica.
