Mental Health First Aid
A course designed to give members of the public key skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.
Three-year certification, two-day course from 8:30 a.m.-5:45 p.m. Friday, Oct. 8; from 8:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9, MN West Community & Technical College. Instructor: Leslie Kveene R. N.B. C. Kimberly Holm B.S./C.T.R.S. Merit Center, 1001 Erie Road, Marshall. Registration is at 8 a.m. Oct. 8.
Mental Health First Aid is a 12-hour training course designed to give members of the public skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.
The cost is $120 (includes manual and on-site lunch on Friday) register by Oct. 1
