Hill, Melvin
MARSHALL - Mercy Hill and Ryan Melvin announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Teresa Mitteness of Ghent, and Rick and Tammy Melvin of Mankato. Hill is a Marshall High School graduate and a 2004 graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University. She is a legal assistant at Eskens, Gibson and Behm Law Firm in Mankato. Melvin is a graduate of Mankato East High School and a 2010 graduate of South Central Community College in Mankato. He is employed as an after school program aide for Mankato School District 77 and he is also employed at Menards in Mankato. A Nov. 13, 2010, wedding is planned in Negril, Jamaica.
