11:00 a.m. Meeting was called to order by Chairman Fenske. Members present: Fenske, Goodenow, Anderson, County Administrator Stomberg,
Absent: Commissioner Ritter and Stensrud, Attorney Maes, County Auditor/Treasurer Van Overbeke.
Anderson moved, seconded by Goodenow to approve agenda. All voted in favor.

No conflict of interest identified.
11:01 a.m. County Board Meeting Recessed
11:02 a.m. Establish Joint Drainage Authority 24
Johnson moved, seconded by Sherlin to appoint Ron Antony, Greg Renneke and Louis Sherlin to the Joint Drainage Authority 24. All voted in favor.
Goodenow moved, seconded by Fenske to establish the Joint Drainage Authority 24 and appoint Rick Anderson and Bob Fenske to the Joint Drainage Authority.

Anderson moved, seconded by Sherlin to appoint Bob Fenske as Chair of the Joint Drainage Authority. All voted in favor.
A Joint Drainage Authority meeting was set for 8:30 a.m. on February 1, 2011 at the Lyon County Government Center.
