United FCS distributing

$6 million in cash patronage

United FCS is once again sharing its financial success with its member-owners in the form of cash patronage - announcing that it will distribute $6 million in cash patronage in early March.

This patronage distribution (a return of a portion of the Association's net earnings to eligible customers) raises the combined total patronage paid to over $50 million since 2002.

United FCS posted record net earnings in 2010 due in part to continued growth in both loan volume outstanding and membership.

The Association also benefited from significant one-time events in non-interest income and other gains. As a result of exceptional Association performance in 2010, the patronage distribution for 2010 (payable in March 2011) was set at $6 million or 25 percent above 2009 levels.
