ELLICOTT, CITY, Md. - Sarah Musser and Kevin Walker announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Tim and Deb Musser of Marshall and Frank and Karla Walker of Silver Spring, Md. Musser is a 2002 Marshall High School graduate and a 2006 graduate of the University of Minnesota, Morris. She is a fourth-grade teacher for Montgomery County Public Schools in Rockville, Md. Walker is a 1999 graduate of Paint Branch High School in Burtonsville, Md., and a 2003 graduate of the University of Delaware. He is employed with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission in Bethesda, Md. The couple plans a July 9, 2011, wedding in St. Leonard, Md.
