LYON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
LYON COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER, MARSHALL, MN
May 10, 2011
9:00- Meeting was called to order by Chairman Fenske. Members present: Stensrud, Fenske, Ritter, Goodenow, Anderson, County Administrator Stomberg, Attorney Maes, County Auditor/Treasurer Van Overbeke.
Goodenow moved, seconded by Ritter to approve the agenda. All voted in favor.
Identify any Conflict of Interest
None Identified.
Ritter moved, seconded by Anderson to approve and authorize the County Administrator to enter in to and administer on behalf of Lyon County a three way contract between Lyon County, the Southwest MN Regional Radio Board and MnDot. Fenske No financial terms? Mather Electricity very minimal. Stensrud Does this include the city of Minnesota stuff? Mather It will all be compliant with it. All voted in favor.
Anderson moved, seconded by Stensrud to accept the donation of $200.00 from the Marshall American Legion for the Veteran's Service Office and $200.00 from the Marshall VFW. All voted in favor.
Fenske set a Special Planning meeting for 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday May 24, 2011.
11:15 a.m. Fenske adjourned the meeting.
