Goodman present at Grace Life June 18

Benjamin Goodman will be in Marshall at Grace Life Church Saturday, June 18, and Sunday, June 19. Goodman is a prophetic minister who works closely with a number of apostolic networks. He travels extensively both nationally and internationally, encouraging, strengthening and equipping various streams of churches with a combination of prophetic ministry, teaching, and demonstrations of the power of God. He is on the leadership team of River City Church in Lewiston Idaho, where he lives with his wife Becky and three girls. More information can be found at

Saturday Morning seminars will begin with coffee at 8 a.m. and go until noon. A main session of teaching and prophetic ministry will be at 7 p.m., and Goodman will teach in the Sunday service at 9:30 a.m. These events are open to the public and all denominations are encouraged to attend. CDA meeting Monday

Catholic Daughters of American will meet Monday. A potluck supper and priest appreciation at Hill Street Place will take place following the 5:30 p.m. mass at Holy Redeemer School chapel. The meeting will take place after the supper.

Oglesbys to talk about Rwandan orphanage

Charlie and Karen Oglesby, formerly of Marshall, invite the public to a reception at 7 p.m. Sunday. The Oglesbys will talk about their work with New Mercies Ministries in Rwanda. The Oglesbys also will share during the 9:30 a.m. service. Both reception and service are at Grace Life church, located at 601 E. College Drive.
