CONTRACT TO PROVIDE PROPOSALS FOR 8 PASSENGER VAN
Independent School District No. 413, Marshall, MN will receive proposals until 1:30 PM on Monday, July 11th, 2011 for an 8 passenger van. Proposals will be received at the District Office, 401 S Saratoga Street, Marshall, MN 56258. There is no agent for the receipt of the proposals other than the Director of Business Services.
Specifications and instructions to bidders are on file and may be obtained at the District Office, 401 S Saratoga Street, Marshall, MN 56258.
The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or part of such proposals and waive any formalities or irregularities. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after receipt without the consent of the Board of Education.
