NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A REQUEST HAS BEEN MADE to the Lyon County Planning and Zoning Administrator by Tolk Graveling LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a gravel processing and mining operation. The property is zoned agricultural and shoreland. Owners of the tracts of land and legal descriptions are as follows:
Circle S Properties, LLC, The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E1/2NE1/4), Section 7, Township 111 N, Range 43 W of the 5th Principal Meridian (Island Lake Township) as recorded in Document 177784 in the Lyon County Recorder's Office, Marshall, Minnesota; and
Gil M. Sook and Roshawn Sook, The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2NW1/4), Section 8, Township 111 N, Range 43 W of the 5th P.M., (Island Lake Township) as recorded in Document 163073 in the Lyon County Recorder's Office, Marshall, Minnesota.
A Public Hearing to consider the Conditional Use Permit Request will be held by the Lyon County Planning Commission in the Commissioner's Room of the Lyon County Government Center, Marshall, Minnesota on Tuesday, July 12, at 7:00 p.m.
