CALL FOR BIDS
Sealed bids on the following items will be received up to 3:00 p.m. on July 25, 2011, in the office of the Board of Education, Milroy Public School, Milroy, Minnesota. Bids to be tabulated by the Administration and reviewed by the Board at 8:00 p.m. on July 26, 2011.
These items are needed for the 2011-2012 school year:
Bread - Delivery to be fresh daily by 7:00 a.m.
Bread 1 lb. Loaf, white
Bread 1 lb. Loaf, wheat
Buns Hamburger, regular size sliced
Buns Coney, sliced
Coney, foot long
Milk _ Delivery to be daily or every other day if storage space is available. White Skim, 1% and 2% Chocolate
Sealed bids on propane gas to be delivered to school building on a keep full basis. All bid prices to be as of July 26, 2011, for delivery during the school year.
Sealed bids on diesel fuel for buses to be delivered to bus garage in amounts not to exceed 500 gallons at one time. All bids prices to be as of July 26, 2011, for delivery during the school year.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
