NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL MEETING

A Public Informational Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. in the Conference Room at Marshall Municipal Utilities located at 113 South 4th Street regarding the following project:
PROJECT Y88: DONITA AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT: This project involves the replacement of watermain, sanitary sewer, partial replacement of storm sewer, and street reconstruction. The proposed project will reconstruct Donita Avenue and described utilities from South 1st Street to South 4th Street, including South 1st Street to the intersection of Southview Drive.
Those properties affected by this project/the area proposed to be assessed for such improvement are those properties within and abutting the above?described project area and the area drained by the local storm sewer system.
Director of Public Works/City Engineer Glenn Olson and Engineering Department will provide information regarding the project and address any questions you might have.
