NOTICE OF HEARING FOR VARIANCE ADJUSTMENT PERMIT
Andrew DeSaer, Marshall Minnesota, has filed an application for a Variance Adjustment Permit to construct a garage at a distance of 7.5 feet from the rear property line in lieu of 15 feet as required by City Code. The garage will be 896 square feet in lieu of 732 square feet allowed by City Code. The legal description of the property is:
