To the editor:
Help!!! Camden State Park has been hit hard by the recent storms that have gone through our area. Only now that the workers are back at their jobs has the full extent of damage been realized. With funding for parks cut way back and hundreds of trees downed, it will take far more funds than their budget allows.
If you care about our park, would you please consider donating to help with restoration? Any amount would help greatly. If checks are made out to "Friends of Camden," it guarantees it will be used here. As of now, the park is closed. Please give so our park can reopen.
