NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised that the Lyon County Planning Commission will hear public comment on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioner's Room of the Lyon County Government Center, Marshall, Minnesota and the County Board of Commissioner's will hear public comment on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioner's Room of the Lyon County Government Center, Marshall, Minnesota on the Lyon County Zoning Ordinance revisions. (Article 4 Definitions; Article 26 Board of Adjustment; Article 32 Repeal and Article 33 Date of Effect). A copy of the proposed changes can be reviewed at the Planning and Zoning Office, 504 Fairgrounds Road, Marshall, Minnesota or is also available on the County Web Page found at www.lyonco.org.
