NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A REQUEST HAS BEEN MADE to the Lyon County Planning and Zoning Administrator by Rogge Excavating for a Conditional Use Permit to establish a gravel/sand processing and washing operation. The property is zoned agricultural and is in the floodplain. Owner of the tract of land is Lawrence Rogge. The legal description is as follows:
North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N1/2SW1/4) and the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Twenty (20) Township One Hundred Twelve (112) North of Range Forty-two (42) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian (Grandview Township) as recorded in Document 185657 in the Lyon County Recorder's Office, Marshall, Minnesota.
A Public Hearing to consider the Conditional Use Permit Request will be held by the Lyon County Planning Commission in the Commissioner's Room of the Lyon County Government Center, Marshall, Minnesota on Thursday, August 11, 2011, at 7:00 p.m.
