Notice: Advisory Committee Hearing
The Yellow Medicine River Watershed District board of managers has scheduled the annual Advisory Committee hearing for August 11, 2011, at 4:30 p.m. at the Taunton Senior Center, Taunton, Minnesota. The YMRW District Board of Managers would like to encourage your attendance at the hearing.
Agenda items include a recognition of the Yellow Medicine River Watershed Districts 40th Anniversary at 4:30 p.m,. followed by the advisory committee meeting, and a light lunch at 6:00 p.m. The annual report of projects includes the completion of the Total Maximum Daily Load project of the South Branch of the Yellow Medicine River, and a presentation on past accomplishments and future project goals. Discussion will be held also on other matters brought before the advisory committee; as well as the preliminary budget proposal for the year 2012.
