NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A REQUEST HAS BEEN MADE to the Lyon County Planning and Zoning Administrator by Brad Barnes for the following variance requests: (1) to construct/rebuild a garage (49'x39') eighteen feet (18') from the road right-of-way of Robinson Street. This is a seven foot (7') variance request. (2) to construct/rebuild a garage ten feet (10') from the south property line. This is a five foot (5') variance request. The area representing the request is zoned unincorporated village. The property is described as follows:
Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Block Two (2) of Auditor's Plat to Green Valley, Lyon County, Minnesota (Fairview Township) as recorded in Document 151438 in the Lyon County Recorder's Office, Marshall, Minnesota.
A Public Hearing on the Variance Requests will be held by the Lyon County Board of Adjustments in Commissioner's Rooms of the Lyon County Government Center, Marshall, Minnesota, on Thursday, August 11, 2011, at 7:00 p.m.
