The Board of Education of Independent School District #413, Marshall Public Schools met for their regular meeting in the Professional Development Room of the District Administration Office on Monday, August 15, 2011. Chairman Chapman called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. and the roll call showed all members present.
A presentation on Summer Targeted Services was given by Michelle Noriega and Kathy Orthaus.
Board action was taken on: Approval of Vision '16 District Strategic Plan, 2011-12 school calendar modification, acceptance of ABE grants, 2010-11 Early Childhood Screening approval, 2011-12 Superintendent Goals approval, Park Side parking lot lease agreement resolution, and; Personnel.
