BURNSVILLE - Stephanie Musser and Brian Wheeler announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Tim and Deb Musser of Marshall and Ronald and Kim Wheeler of Marathon, Fla. Musser is a 2004 Marshall High School graduate and a 2006 graduate of Ridgewater College in Willmar. She is a certified veterinary technician at Southview Animal Hospital in Inver Grove Heights. Wheeler is a 1995 graduate of Union Local High School in Belmont County, Ohio and a 2005 graduate of Full Sail University in Orlando, Fla. He is a software engineer for Scantron in Eagan. The couple plans a Sept. 17, 2011, wedding in West St. Paul.
