NOTICE OF HEARING FOR VARIANCE ADJUSTMENT PERMIT
Aaron & Andrea Hess, Marshall Minnesota, has filed an application for a Variance Adjustment Permit to construct a garage at a distance of 8 feet from the rear property line in lieu of 13.5 feet and 2 feet from side property line in lieu of 5 feet as required by City Code.
