The Board of Education of Independent School District #413, Marshall Public Schools met for their regular meeting in the Professional Development Room of the District Administration Office on September 6, 2011. Vice-Chairman Coleman called the meeting to order at 3:07 p.m. and the roll call showed all members present except Chapman, who arrived at 3:25 p.m.
