TRACY - An incident described as all other was reported at 5:13 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of 3rd Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - An assist incident was reported at 7:58 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Orchard Lane, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A large gray and black cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 7:35 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of Cedar Lane, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - A found property incident was reported at 5:18 p.m. Tuesday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of restraining order violation charges on a Marshall woman, 51, and a Marshall woman, 41, in an incident reported at 5:03 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Willow Lane, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A Tracy man, 24, was cited for driving after cancellation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday near Casey's, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A harassment incident reported at 3:26 p.m. Tuesday on the 1800 block of U.S. Highway 59 was counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - An animal complaint incident was reported at 1:51 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of North Washington Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - Drug paraphernalia was reported found at 12:51 p.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of an iPad was reported at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday on Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Slayton man, 32, was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 11:46 a.m. Tuesday on U.S. Highway 59 near KFC, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
