MANKATO - Alicia Brey and Ryan Eliason announce their engagement. Parents of the bride are Sue Skoblik and the late Jim Brey from Milroy. Parents of the groom are Bev and Bruce Eliason of Tracy. Alicia is a 2003 graduate from Tracy Area High School and a 2010 graduate from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is employed by Brown County Public Health as a public health nurse. Ryan is a 1999 graduate from Tracy Area School and a 2004 graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato with a bachelor of science degree in recreation, parks and leisure services. He is employed by the city of Mankato in the parks department. An Oct. 1, 2011, wedding is planned at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Lucan.
