MARSHALL - Becci Joy Alleckson Pratt, 24, of Tyler was sentenced in Lyon County District Court Sept. 13 for charges of ineligible possession of an explosive device. Pratt possessed an explosive device in Lyon County on Nov. 6, court records said. Pratt received a stayed imposition of sentence, and was sentenced to pay a $750 fine and eight years probation with conditions including serve 180 days in jail with credit for time served and good behavior, continue counseling and do not own or use firearms or explosive devices.
MARSHALL - Tyler Joseph Boklep, 19, of Cottonwood pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court Sept. 13 to charges of disorderly conduct, court records said. Boklep followed a woman in Marshall on May 10 and jumped on her vehicle, court records said. Boklep was sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for time served and good behavior, pay a $350 fine, and one year of probation with conditions including obtain a chemical use assessment and abstain from alcohol and drugs. Additional charges of first degree criminal property damage were dismissed.
