YELLOW?MEDICINE?COUNTY?- A Wood Lake woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident reported at 1:04 p.m. Saturday on Highway 274, three miles south of Minnesota Highway 23, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 1997 Oldsmobile driven by Loretta Stapleton of Wood Lake received minor damage when she swerved to avoid a deer and ran off the road, Patrol said. She was treated and released from the Granite Falls Hospital for injuries, Patrol said.
