This week is Substitute Teacher Appreciation Week (September 18 - 24, 2011). Especially during this week, the Marshall Public Schools Board, administration and staff honors the work of each of our substitute teachers as well as the other support staff substitutes. This is the time to focus public attention on the unique contribution of these professionals within our school systems. Each of these people has a tremendous impact in helping our students achieve school success.
Marshall Public Schools is fortunate to have these professionals available to work with our students at all grade levels. Their dedication to the Districts' Mission Statement, "developing the potential of each learner for success in a changing world" is realized on a regular basis.
Congratulations to the substitute teachers and substitute support staff within our District. Our schools and community thank you for all you do for our students! You are appreciated each day for the contribution you make. We especially wanted to share our appreciation during this week of Substitute Teacher Appreciation Week.
