MARSHALL - An assault incident reported at 7:42 a.m. Monday on the 1400 block of South 4th Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A male, 17, was cited for exhibition driving in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 5:51 p.m. Sunday on the 600 block of Donita Avenue, Marshall Police said.

GHENT - A hit and run incident reported at 7:49 p.m. Sunday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A civil matter was reported at 5:43 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of State Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A trespassing notice was served in an incident reported at 5:21 p.m. Sunday on the 600 block of Donita Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - The subjects of a public disturbance incident reported at 5:00 p.m. Sunday on Timberlane Drive were talked to, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a damage to property incident reported at 3:36 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of East Thomas Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A male black Lab was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 8:32 a.m. Sunday on the 600 block of Kathryn Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Damage to vehicles was reported at 8:18 a.m. Sunday on the 900 block of Columbine Drive, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A public disturbance incident was reported at 12:58 a.m. Sunday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 10:42 p.m. Saturday on the 2700 block of 300th Street were counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A Sauk Rapids man, 20, was cited for minor consumption in an incident reported at 9:26 p.m. Saturday on Lyon County Road 11 north of Tracy, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A Marshall man, 25, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 2:23 a.m. Saturday on Lyon County Rod 76 east of Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

GHENT - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 3:53 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of Collins Street were counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - A suspicious incident was reported at 10:10 p.m. Friday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a property damage accident reported at 6:20 p.m. Sunday on East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 2:06 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A report on a property damage accident at 10:53 p.m. Friday on Minnesota Highway 68 was written by the Minnesota State Patrol, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
