MARSHALL - A bag containing flip-flops and keys was reported found at 3:31 p.m. Thursday on Main Street near the Chicken Connection, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A school bus stop arm violation incident reported at 12:45 p.m. on the 400 block of 4th Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A dog taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident at 11:33 a.m. Thursday on Scott Street was later released to its owner after fees were paid.

MARSHALL - A computer was stolen in a burglary incident reported at 11:19 a.m. Thursday near Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - A harassment incident was reported at 10:46 a.m. Thursday near Minneota High School, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A stray sick cat was taken to the Animal Clinic in an animal complaint incident reported at 9:48 a.m. Thursday on the 1300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a credit card and wallet was reported at 8:50 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of North 1st Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle reported stolen in an incident at 8:10 a.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Jewett Street was located, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 5:08 p.m. Thursday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 1996 Ford driven by a Marshall man, 63, received light damage and a 2001 Dodge driven by a Marshall woman, 55, received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 4:55 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of South 4th Street and West Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 2004 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall man, 51, received minor damage when it was struck by a culvert blown by the wind in an incident reported at 12:31 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Tiger Drive and Minnesota Highway 19, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An accident with a deer was reported at 12:23 p.m. Thursday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
